The Toronto Buddhist Church Shin Fujinkai is pleased to announce the publication of Itadakimasu II cookbook, just in time for the holiday gift-giving season. This new 166-page cookbook is an update of the very popular Toronto Dana cookbook,
Itadakimasu, originally published in May 1973.
Itadakimasu II includes 200 tasty, nutritious and easy-to-prepare Japanese and non-Japanese recipes that were selected by our members as their "Best of the Best" recipes. Proceeds from the sale of this cookbook will go to the Toronto Buddhist Church.
